EPAG Youth is a place for students 6-12th grade.

Students can belong, build meaningful friendships, and grow in a faith that becomes their own.

We want students to move beyond simply knowing about God to developing a genuine relationship with Jesus. Through biblical teaching, worship, prayer, small groups, and real conversations, students are encouraged to ask questions, understand God’s Word, experience the Holy Spirit, and discover how their faith applies to everyday life.

Students are challenged to grow in the same areas emphasized throughout our discipleship pathway—Bible, Holy Spirit, Mission, Prayer, Worship, Service, and Generosity—as they develop a Spirit-filled faith that lasts beyond their teenage years.

Whether at church, school, home, or with friends, our goal is to equip students to know what they believe, understand why they believe it, confidently live out their faith, and make a difference for Jesus.

Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:00PM are for all 6-12th grade students.

FAQ

  • Students are welcome to receive a free meal every Wednesday from 6:00-6:30PM. When they are done, they can hang out in the Underground beginning at 6:00PM!

  • When your student arrives, they can walk through the front doors and head right to the basement. When they walk downstairs a leader will be there to greet them and get them signed in for the night. Our leaders will introduce them to a few friends and their small group leader!

  • One of our youth leaders will ask for your students first & last name, email address, a contact phone number, address, birthdate, and any allergies your student has. Your student can give as much or as little information as they feel comfortable with. We also ask for parents information (phone number, address, email etc) so we can keep you up to date on event and/or emergencies.

  • Every Wednesday night doors open at 6:00PM. Your student is free to hang with friends, eat a FREE meal in the fellowship hall, or purchase a drink from the YTH cafe. At 6:30PM, we begin the night with games, announcement and worship. One of our pastors will bring a message around 7:00PM and from their YTH will break out into small groups. We ask that you pick up your student no later than 8:30PM.

  • A small group is when students break out into groups after the message and further discuss some questions. Small groups are broken up by gender and grade. Currently, our small groups are either by grade or joined together by another grade.

  • The preteen years introduce the most drastic physical, mental, and emotional changes since students were infants. Merge is a unique ministry for a unique season of life!

    Our strategy is to help preteens:

    • ENGAGE in a relationship with Jesus

    • EXPERIENCE personal ministry, and

    • INFLUENCE their friends

    We believe that when those three things take place, 5th & 6th grade students can truly develop a personal, growing relationship with Jesus. That’s the win!

    Merge is a midweek environment that takes place in-person each Wednesday night at 6:30pm in the underground.
