EPAGYOUTH

WE EXIST TO REACH STUDENTS FAR AWAY FROM GOD AND TO TEACH STUDENTS HOW TO LIVE FOR GOD.

WEDNESDAY NIGHTS

Midweek is all about building community.

 Grades 7th-12th meet at 6:30pm
for a time of worship, an engaging message, and small groups.
Students experience a night of encouragement, fun, and building relationships with other students.

PARENT FAQS

What time can my student arrive at EPAGYTH?
Students are welcome to arrive between 6-6:30 pm on Wednesday Nights.

What can they expect when they first arrive?
A Youth Leader will be present to welcome any first-time students. Once they have been introduced to a leader, they will be welcomed by other students and introduced to students who are in their small group.

What is a Small Group?
A small group is when students break out into groups after the message and further discuss some questions. Small groups are broken up by gender and grade. Currently, our small groups are broken up by 7th-9th graders and 10th-12th graders. Each group is then separated by boys and girls.

What information does my student need to have for first-time Check-In?
One of our trained Youth Leaders will ask for your students first & last name, email address, a contact phone number, address, birthdate, and any allergies your student has. Your student can give as much or as little information as they feel comfortable with.

How are Youth Leaders selected to serve in EPAGYTH?
Every Youth Leader is at least 18 years old. Our Youth Leaders are simply the best! They are intentional with our students and have been hand-picked to serve in EPAGYTH. Every Youth Leader has completed a thorough background screening.

What risk management protocols are in place?
All of our ministry environments are under camera surveillance. We have a trained Security Volunteer on site during EPAGYTH who is equipped to help prevent any risks and take proper action when needed. Youth Leaders adhere to a “Rule of Three” best practice [never alone with a student].

What is your student-to-leader ratio?
We aim to have a ratio of 1:8.
