THERE'S A STORM COMING!
Life is full of good times and bad times, leading to lots of different emotions and feelings. Sometimes, it feels like we're straight-up in the middle of a storm! This year, we want kids to know that God is with them - even in the middle of the storms of fear, stubbornness, sadness, and anger!
WHAT IS VBX@EPAG?
VBX is a FREE, four-night event designed for kids age 4 - entering 5th grade that mixes energetic music, drama, snacks, crafts, and rec games to inspire kids to follow Jesus.
Our goal each year is to design an event for kids that is safe, stimulating, relevant, relational, and memorable. We accomplish this through many of the following features:
HIGH ENERGY ASSEMBLY SEGMENTS
VBX starts and ends with energetic music, fun hosts, and incredible drama presentations that reinforce the annual theme and Bible stories. Each evening is literally PACKED with fun and excitement beginning-to-end, thanks to these Assembly segments!
DRAMA PRESENTATIONS
Each year, kids are introduced to endearing characters and an immersive storyline that captures the imagination and also helps teach truth about God. Our production team designs breath-taking sets, and our actors introduce a plot that your child will talk about the rest of the year!
ROTATIONS THAT CAPTURE THE SENSES
Each evening, attendees rotate to Snack, Craft, Rec, and Bible Discovery areas, where truth from the Bible is reinforced through sight, taste, touch, and hearing. The drama presentation weaves throughout the night, as the storyline introduced in our opening assembly continues in rotations.

We think Christian churches should be the safest, friendliest, absolute BEST places for kids and families to be apart of.

Serving at this event is truly a life-giving experience! Our team of 200+ volunteers help make this experience unforgettable for kids, and in the process, many of our team members form new friendships, feel more connected to our church community, and often walk away stating they had as much fun as the kids did!
Team members must register, complete a background screening process, and attend one of two orientation options in early June.
